At Petivity, we want your pet to look their best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. If the fit isn't perfect or the style isn't quite right, we are here to make it easy for you to find the right look.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of pet hair and signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
